Cooked Is Better Than Eating Raw Veggies
Eating raw vegetables is more beneficial than cooked veggies, as you will get more of vitamins A and C. These vitamins are highly heat-sensitive, meaning high temperatures and prolonged cooking destroy them. Also, cooking with water will lose water-soluble vitamins too, such as folate and vitamin C, because they leach out into the cooking water. Whereas juicing process, encourages nutrient retention…so you can extract more nutrients per vegetable.
