Apple Cider Vinegar

Way back in 400 BC, the Greek physician Hippocrates, known as the Father of
Medicine, used ACV for its cleansing, healing and energizing health properties.

2 tbsp ACV + ¼ Turmeric + ¼ Black Pepper + ¼ Cinnamon + ½ Honey (for non-diabetics) + ½ Lemon + ½ Ginger Juice in 250 ml warm water
Drink this solution on an empty stomach every morning for increased immunity.

2 tbsp ACV + 2 tbsp lemon in 250 ml water
Drink 30 mins before every meal and enjoy your meal!

In order to bring that extra shine to your hair, apply Apple Cider Vinegar on your scalp for 5-7 mins after shampoo (as last rinse) and massage. Then, wash and enjoy shiny hair.

2 tbsp ACV + 1 tbsp Lemon Juice + ¼ Cinnamon in 250 ml water

Green tea: Instead of lemon juice, use a dash of ACV

2 tbsp ACV + 1 tsp Rosewater + 2-3 drops of essential oil in 250 ml water

Gargle with this solution to relieve a sore throat. For bad breath, instead of gargling, swirl and spit.
