Referral Program Basics
1. What is the Wellbeing Nutrition Referral Program?
Our Referral Program lets you earn rewards by inviting your friends to shop at Wellbeing Nutrition.
When your friend places their first order worth ₹999 or more using your referral link/code, they get 10% off instantly. Once their order is successfully delivered, you receive a 10% off reward code for your next purchase.
2. Why did we start this program?
We’re on a mission to make wellness accessible to everyone. This program is our way of rewarding loyal customers for sharing Wellbeing Nutrition with friends and family.
3. How does the referral process work?
Here’s how it works step-by-step:
- You share your unique referral link via WhatsApp, Email, or manually.
- Your friend clicks the link and lands on our website.

They’ll see a pop-up like: “Aditya sent you 10% off your first order above ₹999. Accept the gift?”

Once accepted, the referral code is automatically applied at checkout. They can also manually enter the code during checkout.
- If your friend places a qualifying order worth ₹999 or more and the order is delivered successfully, you receive your 10% off reward code.
You’ll also receive updates via WhatsApp and Email during the referral journey.
Rewards & Redemption
4. What reward do I get for referring someone?
Once your referred friend places a valid qualifying order and it is successfully delivered, you’ll receive a 10% off reward code for your next order above ₹999.
5. How will I receive my reward?
Your reward code will be shared with you via WhatsApp and Email within 24 hours of successful delivery of your friend’s qualifying order.
6. Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely! You can refer multiple friends and earn a separate 10% off reward code for every successful qualifying referral.
7. Can I use multiple referral rewards together?
No. Only one referral reward code can be used per order.
8. Do referral rewards and referral links expire?
Yes. Referral reward codes are valid for 60 days from the date they are issued.
Referral links may also expire or be refreshed periodically at Wellbeing Nutrition’s discretion.
9. Can I use another coupon code along with my referral reward code?
No. Referral reward codes cannot be combined or clubbed with any other coupon, discount, or promotional code.
Successful Referral Conditions
10. What counts as a successful referral?
A referral is considered successful only when:
✅ Your friend is a new customer
✅ Your friend uses your referral code at checkout
✅ The order value is ₹999 or more after discounts and before shipping charges
✅ The order is successfully delivered
You will not receive a reward if:
❌ The order value is below ₹999
❌ The referral code was not applied during checkout
❌ The order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or disputed
❌ The order is placed through the app (referral program is website-only)
❌ The referral violates referral program terms or is flagged as suspicious/fraudulent
11. What qualifies as a “new customer”?
A referred customer qualifies as a new customer only if they have never placed an order on Wellbeing Nutrition using the same email address, phone number, payment method, device, or shipping address.
12. Are self-referrals allowed?
No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
You cannot refer yourself using a different email address, phone number, account, payment method, or shipping address.
13. Can my friend use the referral code later if they didn’t accept the pop-up?
Yes. Your friend can manually enter the referral code during checkout later, provided:
- It is their first order
- Their order value is ₹999 or more
- The code is still active and valid

14. What does my friend get when I refer them?
Your friend receives 10% off on their first Wellbeing Nutrition order above ₹999.
15. What will my friend see after clicking the referral link?
They’ll land on the Wellbeing Nutrition website and see a message like: “Aditya sent you 10% off your first order above ₹999. Accept the gift?”
Once accepted, the referral code is automatically applied during checkout.
Real-Time WhatsApp & Email Updates
16. What updates will I receive?
You may receive updates via WhatsApp and/or Email when:
- Your friend clicks your referral link
- Your friend places an order
- The order qualifies or does not qualify
- The order is cancelled or returned
- The order is delivered
- Your reward code is issued
17. Why didn’t I receive WhatsApp or Email updates for my referral?
There could be a few reasons why you did not receive referral-related updates or reward notifications:
- The mobile number or email address entered during signup/order placement may be incorrect or incomplete
- WhatsApp notifications may be blocked due to Meta’s messaging policies or platform limits
- Your WhatsApp number may not be active or available on WhatsApp
- You may have unsubscribed from marketing or notification communications
- There may be temporary network, delivery, or technical issues
Please note that WhatsApp message delivery is subject to Meta’s platform policies and delivery rules, and successful delivery cannot always be guaranteed.

Restrictions & Abuse Prevention
18. Can I share my referral link publicly?
Referral links are intended for personal sharing only.
Spam sharing, paid promotions, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of referral links may result in referral disqualification or suspension from the program.
19. Can existing customers use referral codes?
No. Referral benefits are valid only for new customers placing their first order.
20. What happens if my friend places multiple orders?
Only the first successful qualifying order is eligible for referral rewards.
21. Can referral rewards be transferred or exchanged for cash?
No. Referral rewards:
- are single-use only
- cannot be transferred
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- have no monetary value outside the referral program
Troubleshooting & Support
22. I didn’t receive my reward. Why?
Common reasons include:
- Your friend did not use your referral code
- The order value was below ₹999
- The order was cancelled, returned, refunded, or disputed
- The order has not yet been delivered
- The referral was flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity
If you still believe there’s an issue, please contact Wellbeing Nutrition customer support with relevant referral or order details.
23. My referral reward code isn’t working. What should I do?
Please ensure:
- Your cart value is ₹999 or more
- The reward code has not expired
- You are entering the correct code
- No other coupon code is applied
If the issue persists, please contact customer support.
Privacy & Program Policy
24. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your personal information is securely processed and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and policies.
25. Will my friends know I referred them?
Yes. Your first name may appear in the referral pop-up message shown to your friend.
Example: “Aditya sent you 10% off your first order above ₹999.”
26. Can Wellbeing Nutrition modify or end the referral program?
Yes. Wellbeing Nutrition reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate the referral program, referral rewards, eligibility criteria, or related terms at any time without prior notice.
27. Can referral codes be used during sale periods?
Referral codes may or may not be applicable during select sale events, promotional campaigns, or special discount periods where other offers are already active.
28. What happens in cases of misuse or fraud?
Wellbeing Nutrition reserves the right to withhold, reject, cancel, or revoke referral rewards in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, spam activity, or violations of referral program terms.
29. Are there any technical limitations?
Wellbeing Nutrition is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by technical issues, invalid contact details, network issues, system limitations, or unauthorized use of referral codes.
30. Who makes the final decision regarding referral disputes?
In case of any dispute related to referrals, eligibility, rewards, or program usage, Wellbeing Nutrition’s decision shall be final and binding. You may reach out to us at care@wellbeingnutrition.com.
