Our referral program is a way for you to earn ₹150 off your next purchase by referring friends to Wellbeing Nutrition. When your friend places their first order worth ₹999 or more, they get ₹150 off instantly — and once their order is successfully delivered, you get your ₹150 reward too.

3. How does the referral process work?
Here’s what happens step-by-step:
● You share your unique referral link via WhatsApp, Email, or manually.
● When your friend clicks it, they’re taken to our website with a pop-up like: “Aditya sent you ₹150 off on your first order above ₹999. Accept the gift?”
● Once they accept the gift, the referral code is automatically applied at cart — or they can copy-paste it at checkout.
● If their order is ₹999 or more and it’s delivered successfully, you instantly get your ₹150 discount code via the same channel.
● You’ll also get real-time updates on WhatsApp and Email throughout the process (more on that below).

4. What do I get when someone uses my referral link?
Once your referred friend places a valid order and it gets delivered, you get a ₹150 discount code you can use on your next Wellbeing Nutrition order worth ₹999 or more.
5. How will I receive my reward?
You’ll receive your reward code instantly after your friend's order is delivered via WhatsApp, and Email — both the channels. You only need to use it via any one of them — the code remains the same.
6. Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a new ₹150 code for every friend who successfully places and receives their first qualifying order. Each reward can be used separately on future purchases.
7. Can I use multiple referral rewards together?
No, each ₹150 reward code is to be used once per order, on purchases above ₹999
8. Do these discount codes and referral links expire?
Yes — each reward as well as your referral link expires 60 days from the date you receive it.
9. Can I use a coupon code along with the refferal code?
Referral codes can’t be clubbed with any other code. You can only use one code at checkout.
Successful Referral Conditions
10. What counts as a successful referral?
✅A referral is only successful when:
✅Your friend uses your referral code (auto-applied or pasted at checkout). Their checkout value is ₹999 or more (excluding shipping).
✅The order is delivered successfully.
You won’t receive the reward if:
❌ Your friend places an order below ₹999
❌ Your friend cancels or returns the order
❌ Your friend forgets to apply the referral code at checkout
❌ Your friend applies the referral code on the app – offer valid only on the website
11. Can my friend still use the referral code later if they didn’t accept the pop-up?
Yes! They can manually enter the referral code at checkout — but the same rules apply:
● Order must be ₹999 or more
● It must be their first order

11. What does my friend get when I refer them?They’ll land on the Wellbeing Nutrition site with a message like:

You’ll get notifications on WhatsApp (as well as Email) at every step:
● When your friend clicks your referral link
● When they place an order, and whether it’s above or below ₹999
● If the order is cancelled or returned
● When the order is delivered and your reward is ready

14. I didn’t receive my reward — why?
Here are common reasons:
● Your friend didn’t use your code
● Their order was below ₹999
● They canceled or returned the product
● The order hasn’t been delivered yet

15. My reward code isn’t working. What should I do?
● Make sure your own cart is ₹999 or more
● Check that the code hasn’t expired
● Ensure you’re entering it correctly

Privacy & Program Policy
16. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your data is secure and never shared with third parties. All referral activity is encrypted and privacy-compliant.
17. Will my friends know I referred them?
Yes — your first name will appear in the pop-up when they visit the website through your
link (e.g., “Aditya sent you ₹150 off...”).
18. Can existing customers be referred?
No. This referral program is exclusively for new customers only.
19. Can Wellbeing Nutrition change or end the referral program?
Yes. Wellbeing Nutrition reserves the full right to modify, revoke, or terminate the
referral program or any rewards at any time without prior notice.

20. Can referral codes be combined with other discount codes at checkout?
No. Referral codes provided by ReferRush cannot be clubbed with any other
discount or promo code during checkout.
21. Is the referral program available on both the website and the app?
