Wellbeing Gift Card Terms & condition

1. Acceptance of Terms 

Purchasing, accepting, or using a Wellbeing Nutrition (“WN”) Gift Card (“Gift Card”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and of our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use a Gift Card. 

 

2. Issuance & Purchase 

  1. Gift Cards are issued by Wellbeing Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”). 

  1. Available fixed denominations: ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹4,000, and ₹10,000 (INR). Additional values may be added at our discretion. 

  1. Gift Cards are delivered digitally via email with a 16-character alphanumeric code. Physical cards are not issued. 

  1. Activation Window: Gift Cards become active within 24 hours of purchase. Attempting redemption earlier may result in an “invalid” message; please try again after activation._ 

  1. All sales are final. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable except as required by law. 

 

3. Redemption 

  1. Redeemable exclusively on wellbeingnutrition.com (India store) and Wellbeing Nutrition App. 

  1. Enter the code in the “Redeem Gift card” at checkout. 

  1. Gift Cards cannot be used on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa) or to purchase additional Gift Cards. 

  1. Partial redemptions are allowed; unused balances remain on the card for future use until expiry. 

  1. Multiple Gift Cards cannot be applied to one order.  

  1. Gift card redemption can be combined with other payment methods. 

  1. Gift Card balances cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law. 

4. Validity & Expiration 

  1. Unless otherwise stated on the card or in promotional material, Gift Cards are valid for 365 days rom the date of purchase. 

  1. Remaining balances after expiration are forfeited to the extent permitted by law. 

  1. Expiration dates will not be extended.

6. Returns & Refunds on Purchases Made with Gift Cards 

  1. Products bought using a Gift Card are eligible for return per our Return Policy. 

  1. Approved refunds are credited back to the original Gift Card; no cash refunds are issued. 

  1. If the order was paid using multiple payment methods, refunds apply first to the Gift Card up to its original contribution. 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Cards 

  1. Treat Gift Cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use. 

  1. Report suspected fraud immediately to care@wellbeingnutrition.com Replacement (if any) is at our sole discretion and only for unredeemed balances. 

8. Fraud & Abuse 

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders for review if we believe a card was obtained fraudulently or is being used in a suspicious manner. 

9. Promotional vs. Paid Gift Cards 

  1. Paid Gift Cards (purchased by users) follow all terms herein. 

  1. Promotional or complimentary Gift Cards may carry additional restrictions—e.g., shorter validity, product exclusions, or minimum-spend thresholds—communicated at issuance. 

  1. Promotional cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
     

10. Combination with Discounts & Offers 

  1. Gift Cards apply to the post-discount cart value. 

  1. Gift Cards may be combined with coupon codes unless a specific promotion prohibits it. 

  1. During site-wide sales, the Gift Card deduction is taken after any percentage or fixed-amount discount. 


11. Reload & Resale 

  1. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded. 

  1. Resale, advertisement, or commercial distribution without our prior written consent is prohibited and voids the card. 

12. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the remaining balance on the Gift Card at the time of loss or dispute. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

13. Personal, Non-Commercial Use 

Gift Cards are issued for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Sharing with friends or family is allowed, but they may not be used as promotional items, prizes, or sold for value without the Company’s written consent. 

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. 

15. Amendments 

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Changes do not affect Gift Cards purchased before the revision date, except as permitted by law.
